Part-time (8 – 24 hours/week possible) – initially limited to 12 months
Your area of responsibility:
- Supporting the team in the maintenance of buildings
- Test and inspection tours in and around the building and all facilities
- Installation of operating equipment (shelves, magnetic boards, pipework, etc.)
- Repairs and maintenance in the sanitary area
- Minor renovations (painting work, plaster and rendering work, floor repairs, etc.)
- Repairs to building installations (e.g. doors, windows, ceiling constructions)
- Manual work (e.g. minor repairs, as well as replacement and renewal of consumables such as light bulbs, etc.)
Your profile:
- Ideally successfully completed industrial training or several years of experience in the field of maintenance
- Technical skills and manual aptitude as well as interdisciplinary basic understanding in the field of maintenance
- Independent, reliable and thorough way of working
- Distinct service and quality orientation
- Enjoy working in a team
- Written and spoken German language skills
