Operation
The motor can be operated using a remote control or, alternatively, via a control switch (wired).
Slow motion detection
The motor detects the system’s status and can identify changes in winding behavior. If the blind moves too slowly in the down direction and the bottom rail is in danger of jamming, the motor stops automatically to protect the system and the blind.
Wind resilience
The obstacle detection system can distinguish between an obstacle and a gust of wind. If a gust of wind blows in the UP direction, the blind moves safely to its upper end position, protecting the system and preventing damage to the blind.
DualStop-Control
If the system detects an obstacle, the motor moves the blind a set distance in the opposite direction. After two more unsuccessful attempts, the system moves to its safety position (upper limit position). This applies in both the AUF and AB directions.
Plug & Play
Automatic detection of end positions without time-consuming adjustment during installation. Completed in just one up and down cycle. Quick and precise adjustment of end positions.
Synchronization position
Consistent stopping behavior is always guaranteed, even with roller shutters of varying widths or heights. No more roller shutters hanging at different heights in the fully raised position.
Obstacle detection in the UP direction
The built-in motor intelligence detects obstacles during retraction, thereby protecting the system.
Soft position
The blind stops before reaching the top position to protect the materials.
Referencing
Every 50 cycles, a reference run is performed to verify that the end positions are correct. To do this, the curtain is raised until the motor cuts out due to torque. The end positions are checked in this way and, if necessary, readjusted.
Burglar-resistant
By maintaining a constant torque cutoff in the down direction, the roller shutter can effectively deter break-ins (this is only possible for roller shutters equipped with anti-lift devices).
