Your area of responsibility:
- Managing the maintenance department according to agreed key figures
- Further development of employees and processes
- Ensuring the highest possible system availability and avoiding downtimes by planning and coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Qualified electrician and the associated activities
- Compliance with legal requirements for occupational safety
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed master craftsman training in a mechanical or electrical profession
- You have basic training as an electrician and ideally some experience as an electrician
- Professional and management experience in a comparable position is desirable
- You have good communication and teamwork skills
- Your strengths include a deep technical understanding
- You have a pronounced service awareness towards internal customers
- You are confident in using MS Office
- You have a good command of written and spoken German
